Frances Kelly, BSc Human Nutrition, UCD
Shortly after graduating, Frances moved to Northern Spain where she lived for several years. She returned to Ireland in the 1990s and went on to establish and manage a successful business which she sold in early 2008. This enabled her to pursue her interest in nutrition as a career. She graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Human Nutrition in 2015.
She has a particular interest in public health nutrition and published on the subject of folic acid fortification during her undergraduate studies.
Heidi Carolinn Davis, BSc Human Nutrition, UCD
Heidi is Norwegian, but has spent the last ten years working and studying abroad. She spent 5 years working on superyachts in the Mediterranean and the Carribean alongside highly respected chefs. She then decided to move to Dublin to study Human Nutrition in University College Dublin. During her time in UCD, she was involved in a large scale EU funded project which aimed to identify novel diagnostic markers of type 2 diabetes.
Heidi has always been active in various sports and has in the last year helped numerous top class triathletes find the best nutritional strategies for consistent training and successful racing.
