Frances Kelly, BSc Human Nutrition, UCD

Shortly after graduating, Frances moved to Northern Spain where she lived for several years. She returned to Ireland in the 1990s and went on to establish and manage a  successful business which she sold in early 2008. This enabled her to pursue her interest in nutrition as a career. She graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Human Nutrition in 2015.

She has a particular interest in public health nutrition and published on the subject of folic acid fortification during her undergraduate studies.
